Return Application Conditions
Return Period: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
Item Condition: All returned items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging and tags.

Return Process
Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team via email at bargainbliss@platecraze.com with your order number and reason for return.
Obtain Return Authorization: Once we confirm that the item is eligible for return, we will provide you with a return authorization and detailed return address.
Returning the item: Please return the item to the address provided. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend that you use a tracked mail method to ensure that we receive the returned item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets the policy requirements, we will process the refund as soon as possible. Refunds are usually issued to your original payment account within 14 business days of receiving the item. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
